Welcome to IQAcademyPro ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at iqacademypro.com (together or individually "Service") operated by IQAcademyPro.

• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IQAcademyPro and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of IQAcademyPro.

The cognitive assessments, questions, methodologies, algorithms, and scoring systems are proprietary to IQAcademyPro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service.

5. Payment Terms

Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You will be required to select a payment plan and provide accurate information regarding your payment method. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all fees incurred through your account to the payment method you provided.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for the current subscription period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If the pricing for your subscription changes, we will notify you before the change takes effect.

6. Cognitive Assessment Disclaimer

Educational Purpose Only: The cognitive assessments provided through our Service (including the Cognitive Performance Index or "CPI") are educational tools designed for personal development and self-knowledge. They are not clinical diagnostic tools and should not be used for medical, psychological, educational placement, or employment decisions.

Interim Scoring Methodology: Our assessments are currently in the normative data collection phase. CPI scores are interim estimates based on theoretical models, not clinically validated IQ scores. Scores may change as we collect normative data and complete validation studies.

Not a Substitute for Professional Assessment: If you need a formal cognitive assessment for clinical, educational, or legal purposes, please consult with a licensed psychologist or qualified professional who can administer standardized, validated tests (such as WAIS-IV, Stanford-Binet, or WISC-V).

Limitations: Our assessments:

• Are not based on a representative normative sample (in development)
• Use theoretical difficulty levels pending empirical data
• Have not been validated against established cognitive measures
• Should not be compared directly to clinical IQ scores
• Are not suitable for diagnosis of cognitive disorders

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

The cognitive assessments provided through our Service are designed for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional psychological or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
